To submit a support request:

  1. Download the work order request form, print it out and fill in the appropriate fields.

  2. Contact Us to organise a time and method for your PC to be returned to our office for repairs.
  3. Ensure that the work order form and documentation kit that came with your PC are with it when it's returned.
